Informational & Promotional Purpose

This website is intended purely for conceptual marketing, information dissemination, and lead registration regarding Pawar Skyora.

All sales, allotments, and agreements are strictly subject to mutual execution of a formal, registered Agreement for Sale in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).

Renderings, Visuals & Architectural Depictions

All photographs, 3D architectural computer-generated imagery (CGI), artistic impressions, walkthrough videos, mock-up interior photos, lighting depictions, and scale models displayed on this website are artist's impressions created for visual representation only.

• Furniture, interior décor, light fittings, home automation devices, wall treatments, and electronic appliances shown in illustrations are decorative and not part of the standard unit deliverables.

Any prices, starting figures (e.g. "Starting from ₹1.05 Cr*"), cost estimations, pre-launch privilege offers, or payment milestones indicated on this website or in downloadable brochures are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.

• Prices quoted exclude statutory taxes, stamp duty, registration charges, GST, society maintenance deposits, and applicable government levies.
• Unit availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to formal verification at the time of token advance or application submission.
• The developer reserves the sole right to withdraw, modify, or extend any pre-launch offers, payment plans, or booking privileges at its discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this website, including but not limited to the brand names "Pawar Buildcon" and "Pawar Skyora", logomarks, vector graphics, code, layouts, architectural drawings, project brochures, and marketing copy, are the proprietary intellectual property of Pawar Buildcon or its licensors.

No person or entity may copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, download, alter, or exploit any material from this site for commercial purposes without prior express written consent from the developer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Pawar Buildcon, its directors, employees, marketing consultants, and digital agency partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from:
